I was the same way when i was ten weeks i didnt start feeling better til my 17th week. Hang in there and try the mints i had a whole bag of them.
I was that way with this pregnancy. Try preggo pops. They are yummy & work.
Im not but suck on peppermint mints. It helps with nausea. Also try smoothies cherrys are best. They have the most vitamins. Drink slow and see if it holds. Sometimes its easier to jold down cold items. There is a med your dr can give you. Or you can take extra b complex. B vitamins help with nauseas and tiredness
