counselling

Had my 39week app today and I guess my doctor could tell something was wrong with me. He asked how ive been feeling and i just burst into tears, he says he thinks I should have some counselling to help me. I dont really feel like I need it, I just feel bored and lonely since i stopped working at 36weeks. Ive been working full time for the last 10years so this has been really hard for me. I just want my baby girl to come so I have something to do and more visitors. And of course I'm looking forward to having her in my arms etc.

If ur still ok, go and swim. I am useless with the hormone changes without exercise. It will take ur mind off things. Also, go visit ur mates at work for lunch if u feel up to it. I went and did some visiting a while ago- which involves 8 hrs of flights- but even though it wore me out, I needed the social contact. I'm also lonely, but kind of in a good way. I dont think I could handle living in the city with ppl asking me stuff all.the time.
