I've been cramping all day long. What does this mean at 37 weeks

It could be Braxton-Hicks, or contractions if it's on and off cramping that's Braxton-Hicks,  but if the pain increase and are constant contractions.

Can be Braxton hicks or also growing uterus.

Most likely your experiencing Braxton hicks contractions. When they get stronger and last longer then it is active labor.
