cramps

I'm 6+2 weeks I'm just wondering if anyone else has suffered cramps down the left side of there bodys and through there stomach and back  and should I be worried as there getting worse

I am 6 wks & 1day . I get pinching feelings on both sides of my uterus and bad sciatica its my fourth pregnancy but so far so good just absolute exhaustion and insomnia. I hate it.

I had bad cramps and slight pink blood but was assured it was completely normal

I had the worst cramps ever! They never lasted more than a minute at a time. Ad long as you aren't bleeding. You should very fine. Just your body getting ready for baby:)
