crying first trim.

I'm 5w+6 ftm.. today i had an argument with my hubby (texting as he is travelling) which made me very upset and ended up crying heavily..
I'm kind of a person who keep all the thoughts and stress inside and suddenly unstopable crying goes out..
Can this lead to miscarriage or harm the baby ?!! Help me am so worried :/

Preggo emotions are pretty nuts. I had a few emotional outbursts in my first trimester and it's all very normal since we're experiencing waves of hormone fluctuations.  You just gotta remember that you have to try to keep your stress down since it's not good for both of you.  He's going to need to understand that.  I hope that helps!

I'm normally pretty even tempered, but pregnancy has made me an emotional mess. Try taking some slow, deep breaths, and go for a walk, take a warm bath, or have a cup of warm milk or tea. Just try to mentally put aside the fight for now, and deal with it when your emotions are a bit more under control. I don't think crying will harm the baby, and I've done my fair share over the past 8 months :)
