And that is why i dont like the internet...Hehehe.
Eat all the fruits you want to eat, think about how those olden days when women dont have access to internet yet, and no ultrasound machines...babies were healthier back then I eat lots of grapes and pineapples esp oranges, they are very healthy and natural source of nutrients. From first tri til now...its better to expose the fetus to different kinds of foods/flavors.

Nothing is going to start labour prematurely. Eat whatever you like except raw meat, raw fish, cold deli meat, excess fish or seafood (too much mercury), unpasteurized dairy, caffeine, alcohol, drugs.

I've heard fresh pineapple can help start Labour. Maybe that's what she's worried about.

I think you're fine, I eat oranges all the time, to curb my sweet tooth so I am not eating a whole cake.

No there is nothing wrong with eating any of those items, if your doctor tell you otherwise. Don't worry!
