I'm 10 weeks ftm but I'm a hair dresser n the Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo works great but is a little pricey so u can also buy tea tree oil really cheap n add a few drops to your scalp n brush thru n also add a few drops to any shampoo also in the first trimester we r extremely tired n sometimes don't feel like doing our beauty routines n not brush your hair everyday spreading the oils in your can cause dandruff

I'll try that. I st driving me nuts with the itching lol all worth it in the end though. If I find something else that works I'll get back to you. I know it's not so bad while I'm in the shower and I separate my hair to make sure my scalp is extra cleaned off.
