breast pump to bring on contractions
I was reading that using a breast bump stimulates the nipple and can cause contractions. Any moms tried this??
A friend of mine did that with her last one and it worked (she didn't do it with a breast pump but I don't see why it wouldn't work the same). Your baby has to be ready though other wise it will not work. You can also try evening primrose oil and massaging your ankles. There is a specific spot (I can't remember exactly but you could look it up) that is connected to your uterus that will stimulate it. Good luck leave updates :)
