Coconut water is a natural way of hydration plus its good for pregnancy as well. I couldn't drink a lot of water in first few month Bcoz it made me nauseous so even 1 bottle if coconut water was enough for me to keep myself hydrated. Good Luck

Fact. If you are thirsty you are dehydrated, drink gatorade, not too much! It has a lot of sugar, try infused water. Just put fruit in your water, eat jello, ice chips, watermelon, blend your icy water =)
Well your throat being dry or your lips that's what happens to me and that's how I know I need water , but its a must you need water at least drink 8 glasses a day !! Remember its not just you one no more your baby needs water also
