Taking Evening Primrose Oil Today.
I took my first pill today, it's making me so nauseous and sick to my stomach. I don't think I'm going to continue them! Anyone else feel like this?
The odor of the pills make me even sicker!
Maybe taking it orally is what didn't help I wonder if it's the odor of the pill

I inserted one last night & was fine. I took one Orally this morning & felt every nauseated. I took it on a full stomach.
So I'm not the only one then how did you take it I started orally and got so nauseated and last night tried inserting a pill and was nauseated this morning as well but I do know that it's working
Oh interesting. I haven't heard that it can make you nauseated... Def something to keep in mind. I was gonna go try and get some today... I think I still will but I'll be aware of this... hope you feel better hon.
