Im 33 weeks and talked with my Dr today about the same issues. She put me on a low dose of prozac.

She said I had. Pre-term depression.

Talk to someone!! The stress on you and your baby is not healthy!

I'm 32 weeks, 20 years old, and my second pregnancy.. I'm going thru the same thing specially because I lost my first pregnancy and now I feel that I miss my first baby a lot and I have a lot.of things in my mind I'm scare that I'm going to loose these baby too.. but I have seek for help and my physicologist has really helped me and of course the support of my husband has help me a lot too.. so my advice just talk to someone about it. That's going to help just let everything out say how u feel.

Celexa is a depression/ anxiety med that is pretty common for pregnant women to take. My doc said it's the safest out of all of them. Have you tried talking to someone (a friend or family member you trust)? Sounds crazy but yoga really helped me kinda refocus on the positives and made my body feel better which in turn helped my mind feel better. Talk to your doc though. They won't judge you for it, plenty, if not all women deal with it at some point in their lives and being pregnant is stressful! It's a normal feeling so don't beat yourself up over it. :) good luck

Talk to your doctor about it and have him refer you to a specialist. Depression is not healthy for you, the baby and your family. Good luck! :)
