I use it for my entire body except my face of course! I love it keeps me nice and soft and my hair nice and strong! I mix it with lotion for body and once a week I mix it into my conditioner!
I love coconut oil. I have been using it on my whole and hair for a year or so. I love natrual oil like jojoba, almond, avocado, and castor oil. I mixed them all together and some times drop a little bit of lavender oil for a good relaxing smell. It work as an all over moisturizer. :) like MamaMacMurtry has said it is important to get the pure orgain kind of these oils. If the first ingredient doesn't match the oils you picking up it has been diluted and may be less effective. I go to my local health food store it can be pricey but it worth it and last a nice bit of time. Don't be worried if melts and is the consistency of a liquid it will happen! :)
Def! That's what made me get it to use in my hair to try to repair it from so much damage. Everything I read said it was much better because of it being not so processed and being a more natural product
Its actually important to make sure you splurge a little for the organic brands. They aren't as processed & have more healing properties.
I got mine at Meijer and it came in a pint tub for just under $7 so it wasn't pricey at all! I didn't know about using it for diaper rashes, that's def a huge bonus too! Can't not have it on hand when it works for so many different things!
Jus go to the isle at that grocery store that has the vegetable oils n stuff. It should be there :)
Where can u get that from
It also works as a good diaper rash cream and for sore, dry, cracked nipples from breastfeeding.. Plus I cook with it too! Lol
Yes it works! :) I just posted about this yesterday.. This will be my 4th born (7th pregnancy) and I HAD crazy stretch marks. Stretch marks also run in my family. I put it on my belly in the morning then again before I go to bed and I have noticed a big difference in my old stretch marks (they are just really light own), and I'm 29wks n so far I haven't gotten any new ones :)
