I was taking normal prenatals, but the iron made me vomit, so I switched to gummies. My obgyn said as long as I eat plenty of protein throughout the day, I don't need iron in my prenatal until I'm later along. (I'm 13.6 weeks.)

I bought gummy ones as morning sickness meant keeping the capsules down is a struggle, but mine (Australian) have got iron.

The gummies don't have iron in them. Iron is very important while pregnant.   If you can't swallow the regular pulls your best bet is regular Flintstone vitamins.  Or taking an iron supplement with your gummy prenatal.
