did my membrane sweep work?

So my dr did the sweep and I havnt had any discharge at all yet..just a little soreness.

There's actually no proven evidence that a membrane sweep 'will work' it's just an intervention that's available and if it doesn't work it doesn't cause any harm, worth a shot sure, but it can very possibly lead to nothing

You'd feel contractions if it worked. They did mine last week n I was having contractions for 2 days n my mucus plug came out but tgen everything stopped...

Oh okay. ..well honestly I doubt itll work because I wasnt having any labor signs...no effacement only 1 cm

They say it can take up to 48 hours to work, if it's successful that is. Sweeps only work half the time, and some women will have more than one done.
