BFP with preseed lubricant?

Hey guys , had a mc and then a d&c last Dec. Been trying to get pregnant ever since. I got super frustrated every time when AF came knocking. Then a friend recommended pressed..I was very reluctant to use it but finally used it and bam got my BFP!! Now I'm worried after reading articles on the internet that pressed might cause miscarriages.
Anybody know anything about this? :(

Hi there...congrats to you! Ever since my son was born, I have had issues with dryness. When we decided to try for a second child, I wanted a good lubricant that was fertility friendly and read tons of reviews about Pre-Seed and didn't read anything bad about it and many people were saying that they conceived on the first try. I wasn't too concerned with that at the time, but what do you know, my first fertile cycle, I was pregnant! I haven't heard or read any information about the lube causing miscarriage, but I am 27 weeks tomorrow and everything is going very well with the baby. My doctors have had no reason for concern on anything pregnancy related. I wouldn't read too much into the articles, though, unless there were medical studies done on the topic. Miscarriages can happen for many reasons, unfortunately. Try not to stress about it because stress isn't good for a growing baby. Maybe after your first appointment you will feel more secure knowing that all is going well with you and your baby. Best of luck!!!
