I fainted with my first at 19wks because of low blood sugar. This time around 24-28wks I started getting dizzy and fainting every day without warning, turned out I was severely anemic. I hadn't heard of that being a symptom before but i haven't done it since having an iron infusion. Might be worth asking about your iron levels. Good luck!

At 37 weeks I felt the same way it was my blood sugar.  I'm not a diabetic but if I don't eat enough I get dizzy

If you can laying down elevate your feet a little can help. Hitting deck hurts way way to much, im only 16wks and fainted about 20 times already! Plenty of fluids also.

The increase in bloodflow can make you dizzy/faint.  Make sure you are eating enough, low blood sugar can also make you feel this way. I would talk to your doctor about it, but I wouldn't go to the er

It is very common to experience dizziness and feeling faint as your blood pressure tends to drop when your pregnant, just try standing up slowly and.the occasional drink of lucozade can help too but don't worry it's very common hun xx
