do i need er?!?

I'm 8w4d and last two days I have been shaky, lightheaded, throwing up (morning sickness), dihareah, (sp), NO fever, no spotting, I have had NO appetite at all, and its getting worse.  I'm afraid I'm dehydrated and that's the issue but last 12 hrs I cant stand for more than 10mins without shaking and becoming lightheaded. :-(

Call your Dr and ask for zofran which melts in your mouth and stops nausea. If after an half an hour nausea is still present go to er for iv fluids. Try to suck on ice chips in the mean time. Try to beat dehydration which can result in premature labor.

I am 8 weeks. Third pregnancy, every time I get the shakes or lightheaded it's because I'm not eating enough. I pretty much have to eat or nibble every two hours to feel okay. But if you can't keep it down you need to call your doctor

Being shaky,  light headed and (obviously) sick are all pretty common. Although im unsure on having diarrhea.  Maybe just cheack with your dr. But do try your best to eat dry toast or crackers and DO definitely keeo your fluids up. Try eating ice blocks, the sugar in them may help you feel a bit better while it helps at keeping fluids up a bit. Goodluck
