You kidding?! I ate nothing but sarrono peppers through my first and second trimesters. It never harmed him, and all I heard was that I'd have a hairy baby. Hahah if anything, you're just training baby for spice at a young age! :) so by all means, go to town on the spicy!!

With my first born i ate hot Cheetos and spicy food and nothing happen to my baby.  I even did when i was breastfeeding and she never suffered from colics. However,  with this pregnancy i can't do spicy food bc i get really bad heart burn. It's all in your body you know it best

I ate spicy food all the time while I was pregnant with my son. Never had an issue! Heartburn like crazy but it was totally worth it! Lol

Never heard of those things but I love spicy food and always have.  Weird but that's the only thing that doesn't give me heartburn.  I eat Mexican street tacos with super hot salsa...yum!  I say eat away!

That's all lies momma. With my son I craved chilli 24/7 and I ate it (= people said he'd be hairy or red, not true. My son was healthy, fine and no cry baby. Eat it all you want. You just might get heartburn tho that's all (=
