I am also 7 wks and am going through the same thing. Everything I think of eating just sounds horrid and I can't even think of eating. My hubby just mentions food till something sounds good and then makes/gets me that.

I am 7 weeks as well and have a hard time eating. When I crave something I eat it right away otherwise I'm back to not being hungry and just nauseous. Small portions. Forget trying to eat full meals.

That was me from implantation to 13 wks.  Drs say eat whatever u can eat. As long as ur putting something away u and baby will be fine.  Fruit, cheese, crackers, soda, worked for me in the beginning.  Congratulations and goodluck!!

Ya that sounds pretty normal. I couldn't eat anything with my first... The thought of boiling water to make pasta was enough to make me sick (let alone actually following thru cooking it) I was able to take my prenatals and only wanted water... I would have a few bites here and there but couldn't prepare it or I wouldn't be able to eat. It would take me an entire morning to eat just 1/2 a slice of toast. I lost 25 pounds between week 6 and week 13. Then in my second pregnancy I was able to eat when I felt like something and it was specific. If I wanted toast I had to eat it right away or it would pass... I didn't lose any weight that round... I'm hoping with my 3rd it only follows suit and gets even easier on me:)

Eat small frequent meals instead of larger meals. And make sure you're taking your prenatals...your baby will get what he or she needs. Don't worry, just do the best you can.

Drink plenty of fluids and take your prenatals. Our babies dont need much from us yet. I was in the same boat cept i had the worst case of ms and still do on certain days. Peppermint tea with lemon helped me not smell much to put food away and when you can eat eat what you can for two weeks i could only eat french fries because it was the only thing that smelled like it tasted. But i baked them with no oil to keep it semi healthy
