it was like a gush at first ans now I feel a lot of movement and contractions

Was it enough to full a pad? And it is trickling or gushing??. sorry but we fo stuff way different n New Zealand so may be different for you in the steps that they tell you to take.. But we dont worry about it smelling sweet. N I suppose every ones senses are different ;) good luck with everything im still waiting for my contractions to be regular

Mine smelt sweet if it doesn't you should get that checked.. and to answer you question my water broke last Thursday I was 37 weeks and 2 days gushed a little bit then trickled twice I knew my broke I got in the shower then headed to the hospital .when I arrived i explained what happened my nurse tried to tell me it sounded like I just peed on myself because I didnt have any other water coming out when I arrived after 2 hours of getting checked in I laughed because this is my third bby I know what water feels like when it breaks so they swiped my cervix and took a sample to the lab..sure nuff my water brokevi told the nurse I told you so she said your right thats why we do the lab results too .I was already 4 cm and 80 percent effaced before I got there and no I wasnt in labor until my doc broke the rest of my bag for me..anywho I did 3:hours of all natural labor ...

Depends mine was filled with baby pooh and was very yukky def was not sweet lol

Mine broke 5hrs ago still leaking doesnt smell sweet to me... lol I asked how you know as didn't happen with my son. . Believe me you will know ;)

they say you'll still leak but I haven't after that
