dry heaving

My son and daughter got hit hard and fast with the stomach virus. They have both stopped throwing up , thank God. But for the past 6 hrs I can't stop dry heaving and throwing up stomach acid. I have tried water, crackers, mint gum, Gatorade and nothing is helping to settle My stomach. What can I do? I have got no sleep as I literally have my head in a bucket every 20 minutes. Please help!

I know it's annoying but go to the hospital they will put u on a iv for dehydration or just keep up with the Gatorade but I'd go to the hospital

If you're pregnant you definitely shouldn't be taking zofran. Their is a big thing going on about it causing birth defects.

Drink something that is going to calm your stomach not upset it try maybe a sprite or 7 up or ginger rale or something to that extent. Gatorade is only going to make you feel worse than you already do. Try those three drinks i name or one of those i name and you will feel a lot better

I went to emergency this happened to me when I was just 6 weeks along they gave me zofran and iv of fluids to rehydrate.. To be honest though there's nothing you can do it's a matter of just waiting it out and then make sure you rehydrate yourself once it's over.

Honestly the best thing at this point is to wait it out. Unless you have or can get Zofran letting it run its course is your only option.
