early one hour glucose screening.

Because I am high risk I have to do the first glucose screening at 12 weeks. I eat well usually but they have me so scared about being high risk and this being my first pregnancy I dont know what to think.

Thank you. My family has no history or diabetes but I am over weight and at a high risk for high blood pressure because I get high blood pressure on birth control with estrogen. (Bp closer to 110/65 normally). For this one my appointment isn't until 2 Bu they said I can eat just nothing with high sugar.
