I wouldnt, your're putting water in your lungs, e cigs is liquid, it's not safe. My boyfriends cousin caught pneumonia after smoking the e cig.

awe, I know what you mean.. try something, ANYTHING..

chew gum, or drink a cup of water every time you crave one.. eventually it'll help flush the nicotine out of your system.. I'll be praying for you!!

Thank you both.  I know I can quit its whats best for the baby and myself.  I don't plan on ever starting again.  I'm 18 and have my whole life and I don't want to do anything to ruin that.  I just want the feeling of smoking for awhile to get me through it.

Make sure the liquid is made in the USA lots are made overseas and no clue what crap is in it. Lirs of small businesses make there own though.

That's something you should seriously ask your doctor. I wouldn't risk it though. But good for you. I quit the second I found out I was pregnant with my first and 6 years later I still don't smoke. I feel bad for women on here who act like they can't quit so good for you.

it's honestly hard to answer.. because they haven't proven if or how safe they are for ANY person to use, much less a pregnant person.

my fiancé & I tried the eCig, a couple of times & a couple of different brands, but I never noticed a difference.. I hated them personally, but then we started studying up on them & I started questioning the safety of them..

you'll get a MILLION different opinions about those things, but I just don't trust what's in them.. a lot of them aren't FDA approved either.. I'd just try to quit. it's awfully hard, but the baby is worth it. good luck!! (((:
