Are used to have aczema before I got pregnt.it was caused by allergies which also used  to cause me asthma attack.I used to love seafood which was the main cause of that allergy.try to avoid or reduce anything that cause u allergies like, seafood, airfreshener which contains anything from the trees or flowers you are allergic to, avoid wearing woolen top wc covers the infected place (wool irritates) , try to wear something that allows the area have access to air to avoid sweating. As for me i used to bath the infected area oftenly with johnsons aqueous cream. You will be fine dear.just make sure you keep away from anything that coz you  allergies.

I also had eczema flare up during my first trimester.. to the point i had no sleep of itch and was depressed of how my skin looked like.. my dermatologist prescribed clobetasol propionate and it worked but i read steroidal meds are bad duging pregnancy, so i think you have to consult first although my baby is fine with all ultrasounds and congenital scan we had, im 33weeks in 2days... i feel sad about the scars it left me..
