Yea agreed. Just like stress in general puts a lot of strain on the body. Causing the immune system to weaken, change of diet, absorption of vitamins & minerals, etc. While pregnant it could do the same to the baby. It also can cause a prolonged labor & increase of pain. Try to take some me time every day to relax. I also do relaxing music, warm tea, warm bath. Try talking out ur emotions. Wish you well!
There definitely is. When mother is stressed, it can also stress out the baby. It's very important to try to keep relaxed, calm and well rested during pregnancy.
Too much stress or emotional strain (and I mean lots) can really affect the baby, and in some cases can cause issues with the pregnancy or premature labour.
I saw on this pregnancy video the baby can feel it through the placenta, but it wont always effect the baby. Try to stay calm get sound calming music or rain drops that helps me
