endometriosis pains and pregnant?

Hi, I am currently 6 1/2 weeks with my second and I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 3 years ago. Which is why I was so glad to find out I was pregnant because I was starting to believe I could no longer conceive because of the endometriosis.  I am still getting endo pains like usual  and have been assured that its normal when you have endometriosis but my question is, does anyone else have endometriosis and still have the endo pains and if its localized anywhere specific (like right or left side)...just curios to see if im the only one :/

Thank you girls:) yeah I have pain mainly on my right side..scared of the same thing, ectopic pregnancy. My doctors are doing an early ultrasound at 7 weeks. I have had them check my hcg levals and my progesterone levels because I heard the endometriosis can sometimes stop your body from producing enough progesterone. They said levels were good.Im still really nervous though. In the first weeks I found out i had tons of cramping but now its more after my spin and Pilates classes, so ive informed my professors that ill no longer be doing any heavy activity in the classes. Im sorry to hear about your miscarriage idaida:( thats so sad.

I have endometriosis and fibroids. At 6 weeks I had intense pain mainly on the right side of my pelvis. I was concerned that it may be an atopic pregnancy so I went to an urgent care faculty. They did an ultrasound and everything was good! I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and thing are moving along great. I know it's terrifying especially since you thought you would never be able to get pregnant. I still have pain and discomfort because everything is moving and stretching. I would recommend requesting an early ultrasound.  I will pray that you will be stress free and that everything will be positive for you. Keep me posted!
