I have endometriosis, polycystic ovary disease, and 2 separate uteruses. They have been monitoring me closely but I will be 36 weeks this Sunday and aside from a scare at 25 weeks it's been ok. The baby now has ran out of room to grow but that is because my uterus is half the size of a normal one, not because of the endometriosis.

I have adenomyosis another related type uterus issue. I didn't develop this until a few years ago so with my first pregnancy I didn't have this condition. This pregnancy is very much so different. I have extreme pressure and pain, bleeding and spotting. I typically gave mild to moderate pain in my pelvic area right before, during and after my periods so I'm guessing maybe for me this will just be the case with this pregnancy. My Obgyn is seeing me every two weeks to monitor me and the baby. Did you talk with your Obgyn about how this would or could affect you?

My mother had endometriosis while she was pregnant with me. It was a struggle and I tried coming early on three seperate occasions 4 months, 6 months and 7 months. Finally at 8 months they just let me come and had to give my mother steroids to help my lungs develop more quickly. I am happy to say even though I was a preemie I didn't have any other problems after I was born.
Just don't push yourself. My mother did end up having a hysterectomy and had a hard few years after I was born, but she also has vonwillebrand diesase as well so thay didn't help her case.
I hope you don't have nearly as many problems as my mother did, but that was 26 years ago and luckily the medical field is getting better everday! I am happy to report when it came to me though I am a happy healthy person today! :)
