enema
A family friend (who gave birth 35yrs ago) said that before she delivered she received an enema. Do they still do this?? She also told me morning sickness starts in the second trimester and i definitely know that is wrong lol.
It was also thought that it may lead to infection, like with the hair down there. No Dr or hospital I have ever used shaves down there anymore, the little cuts are now thought to hold more bacteria than the hair.lol. they don't really do any mommy prep anymore so don't worry.

Lol No we Do Not do that anymore. They used to think that bowl movements during labor hindered the labor process leading to longer labors. We now know that isn't true.
