evening primrose??

Hi all I'm 37w + 5 d #3 Ive been taking rasbery leaf capsule sinse 32 weeks but a couple of people have sujested I take evening primrose aswel, thing is I can seem to find how many I should take a day? Dose anyone no or have u tryed this b4? Wot worked for u? Thanks :-)

The tea and primrose oil capsules aren't meant for speeding up the process of going into labor,  only to soften up the cervix once your body (baby) is ready to come out ;-)

I've been taking it (primrose oil) & it hasn't worked 4 me...I'm 37+3 so I've given up...signed 2 get induced n 10 days...I'm soon ready

Ok no probs I'm 38 wks on Sunday so I can wait a couple of days lol :-)

Ok so 2 a day 1 vaginaly I can't seem to find a definite amount on google! Lol thanks girls :-)

I think you're not supposed to start the vaginal until 38wks though.

My midwife said 1500mg capsule orally and 1500mg vaginally.

I read somewhere 2 or 3 capsules a day!
