everything hurts

I've never made it so far in a pregnancy, and I'm so happy and so blessed right now, but wow my body hurts, and I feel so tires, I'm 18 weeks, is that normal? And when I get up, is like and muscle in pelvic area hurts

Thanks @loribee, I've only made it to 16 weeks and 6 days so I'm so happy right now, and all my symptoms I enjoy them but I have no energy this week
