I'm 17 weeks along and I have the same problem. I work for the school district, and it's been really hard going back to work. I get light sensitive and headachy and dizzy. But I'm not anemic my hemoglobin count is around 14 most of the time. I used to give blood all the time too.  My blood pressure is low, but not abnormal. 90/60 ish

Oh then is just the normal tiredness of pregnancy, is great that you are not anemic!!! So you shouldn't worry about it just rest, you will feel better around week 16/19 when your energy comes back!!! Enjoy your belly mama.

Do you know if you have low blood pressure??? Have you check if you have Anemia??? If you are fine then remember you are creating another human being and is normal to feel tired during the first weeks until your body adjust. :-D!!!
