exercise/exhaustion

So how are we expected to exercise when we're so tired? I'm 22w,2d and always exhausted. I get less than an hours worth of energy a day. If I try to push past that I feel very ill. Even light stretching or reading a book is to much. I've only had maybe two weeks this whole pregnancy that I felt normal energy wise.  Anyone else going through this? If so, how do you get anything done? How do you exercise? And no, naps don't help replenish me.

The exhaustion never ends even after your baby is born :( you have to find a way to deal with it. During my first pregnancy, i literally wanted to lay in bed 24/7. I had to force myself to get up even though i was soo tired. Once i took a shower and got moving, i actually didnt feel as tired anymore. Its only when i lay around all bummy then i feel like crap. The shower and walking helps alot, along with eating small snacks every 2 hrs

Good to know I'm not alone. Planning my weekend and so much I need to do but settling for cleaning both vanities, laundry, and grocery shopping and calling it successful. I'm trying not to get frustrated at the fact I can't get anything done.

I was the exact same way with my first.. I couldn't do anything and my hubby worked all day, and even though napping didn't replenish my energy, I would literally sleep all day.. he would come home and I would not have anything done.. house would be a mess and most of the time I would be sleeping.. this time, I have to chase around a two yr old all day while daddy's at work so its a LOT different. I couldn't take a nap if I wanted to. I was also very weird when I was pregnant the first time, and I wouldn't even touch caffeine, or anything I had ever herd anything bad about during pregnancy, this time, I HAVE to have caffeine during the day, I feel like the mom on the Luvs commercials..

I didn't start exercising until around week 22 when I finally had energy. I started slow with swimming/walking in the pool. Now I'm super tired again and haven't been exercising like I should, but it's never too late to start.

I've been constantly tired with random spurts of energy. I have a fitbit & do challenges on there with others I work with. Sometimes that makes me walk a little more. Otherwise, I'm sorry that I don't have anything else really. I'm on my feet moving around a lot at my job (I teach 6th grade), which helps, but then I come home & just want to sit.
