I live in Phoenix AZ and it's miserably hot so the only exercise I do is go swimming. I would really like a gym membership to walk on the treadmill or the bike machine.
Also in the 3rd trimester and i still wxcersie. Its recommended about 30 min a day either swim, walk on treadmill, bike, yoga. Anything light. I feel great dont even feel pregnant sometimes so i jog, i can still run but im scared lol i live in chicago so i have a 24 hr gym and i do lretty much evrything except lift weights
I worked out four times a week till the day beforevi went into labor. It helped me push. I got my son out in one push. And my labor was easy
Hell no I don't. That's all I have to say about that. ;)
Oh and i walked on incline, bike, elliptical, arm weights, squats, bounced on the ball, wall squats
Wow!!! I walk to get where I am going...such as the car or work. I need to incorporate some type of physical activity
Yea i am a full time college student and walked across the university lots and lived on the 3rd floor. My labor was easy, and smooth. My son pretty much slid out lol. I would do squats and pelvic tilts at home. They build your lower body and help you push. :)
Yes i'm 34weeks 5 days and i lift 4 times a week with my hubby. I do every body part, arms, legs, shoulders, and back after getting back into working out I've been feeling so much better and with so much energy… stay active!
I'm abt to enter my 3 trimester. . I do have the energy to exercise. I still run 2 to 3 times a weeks (3 miles) or do the bike using the hill program. After that I lift weight. If it's leg day I do squats with 50 lbs weight, lunges with 50 lbs n the Smith machine with 50lbs. Death lifts 80 to 90 lbs.. N so forth.. nothing where I have to lay on my belly. 1 day I work arms so I do press 50 lbs. Curls, dumbell press 22 lbs on each hand. Back n chess. So just abt everything I was doing b4 except I don't lay on a bench straight down or decline n nothing laying on my stomach.
But if ur on ur 3 trimester n haven't kept up with ur exercise routine I don't recommend u starting one down. Just walk or do small stuff like that. Unless u continued exercising through ur pregnancy then u can continue .
