exercise

Im 6weeks into my pregnacy...is it ok to do a slow exercise....walk on tredmil. Im not having morning sickness  just feel tired. Thought a lil exercise would help.

anything low impact is fine

if you were active before dont let pregnancy slow you down any.

Yes perfectly fine as long as you have no complications. Look into a prenatal yoga class....its amazing and makes you feel so good!! :)
