This is my fourth baby n from experience the hospital provides everything for baby so u can just bring outfit for going home, blankets& catseat...for urself I would recommend ur own pillow slippers pjs pants for under gown when u get out of bed and maybe want to leave the room ur own personal things such as hair brush toothbrush I always bring my own soap n shampoo I don't like there's phone/camera n charger* a lot of ppl forget that n then very comfy outfit for going home a bigger bra n breast pads...these r all my essentials but I also stay for 3-4 csections
Yea I would call ur hospital & see what they provide 1st, then pack ur bag. My 1st I packed all this nonessential items 4got my bag at home. It end up being fine the hospital provided everything.
Starresky is absolutely right...mostly stuff 4 u...remember u will only b der 4 two days...last time i made them let me leave in a day & half...even tho I didn't get any of my money back me & Blue Cross paid...they go give u plenty 4 the baby 2 make it a couple of days...I wouldn't take baby nothing but carseat, outfit pic, blankets...
All your gonna need in your bag is whatever makes you comfortable... Change of cloths, slippers, soap, toothbrush things of that nature... Baby doesn't need anything but a outfit for pics, outfit to go home in and depending on weather a nice blanket to cover him or her when it's time to go home... The hospital provides everything for baby...
My little sis is packing mine, so idk really what's going in there. She really wanted to do it. Lol. I did pack a separate diaper bag for baby, because I wanna be prepared. I just packed diapers, a blanket, a couple outfits of diff sizes, and wipes.
