I am 29 1/2 weeks. I sub on a paper route 1 night a week. Last night i tripped over a curb and fell pertty hard. I.can barely walk from the pain in my pelvic bones when i move. The baby is moving fine and normal. When i sit i dont hurt if i dont move my legs. It is the weekend. Should i go to the hospital or just wait for monday when i can call the dr or get to the chiropractor?

I took a big fall while jogging 2.5 weeks ago at 36.5 weeks.  I didn't want to go to hospital so I called to speak with the doc. He said,  after trauma these r the reasons in hospital monitoring is required:  any vaginal bleeding,  decreased fetal movements,  any visible trauma to your abdomen.  I had scraping and bruising on my belly so we had to go into the hospital which turned into 6 hours of monitoring.   Everything was fine in the end.  If your docs office has a phone # I would call and speak w doc directly.  I felt still doing that but doc said that is exactly what they're there for. Good luck mama

I skeptical about going to the hospital because just less than a week ago i was there with migranes. My bp was high and they thought i might have preeclampsia. Which the ruled out and gave me.4mg morphine and.sent me home. I.spent the next 2 days.in bed.

I would definitely go and get checked out just to be on the safe side. If you rang them to explain they would 100% urge you to go in just be checked over. Baby is pretty protected but having a fall can cause labour. My boss fell when walking her dog at 31 weeks. She went on to have what she thought was just back pain for days at just 32 weeks her waters broke and she had her little baby. Baby is completely fine and was a healthy weight too but probably could of been prevented if she had asked to be checked over.

I would go to the hospital. You could have a back injury a spine injury. Or you could have broken your tail bone etc all of which could potentially be dangerous and cause delivery complications. Rather be safe then sorry

Your should go to the hospital.. I fell and they had me come in immediately to give the baby a stress test because when you fall your placenta n baby can be effected.. It's better safe than sorry
