I fell a few weeks back and didn't go in. My doctor was really mad I didn't call! She said they still like to monitor for 4 hrs to make sure the placenta doesn't tear which I guess can happen from the smallest fall. Its still your decision, but I would call!

Depends on where you hit. I fell on my butt down the stairs christmas eve and I'm 32 weeks. It scared me and I cried but I never hit my belly. I laid down for a bit to make sure baby was moving and she seemed fine. Went to the Dr the 26th for my regular appt and she said since I didn't hit my stomach and baby was moving that it was fine not to go in

I am 28 weeks and fell twice last week. Almost landed on my belly first time but turned at last minute and landed on hip. Second one was down the stairs caught myself from going all the way down the stairs with one tow. My tow was pretty messed up but both times I was fine. No cramping, bleeding, and baby moving fine. If it was directly to stomach I would have got checked. I have fallen with all 4 of my pregnancies. Falling is so common during pregnancy because our balance is so off from extra weight in front. I wouldn't worry doesn't sound like a hard fall.
