Hi! So this is my first baby ever and I am considered full term (38wks&2days) anyways I was doing a little research on naturally inducing! And came across that castor oil really works... just want to know has anyone heard of it or does it not work??
Cause I definitely don't want to take it for nothing lol

I've heard it's not good to do that. It can cause baby to poop in the sac . I wouldn't chance it

Your due date is just an estimate, if your baby is ready to come out on its own at 38 weeks then it would be consider full term. I had my first baby at 42 weeks.  I tried the castor oil at 40 weeks but it only gave me really bad diarrhea and painful cramp but no baby. My advice is just be patient and let your baby come when it's ready. Good luck!

It usually only works if the baby is ready to come anyway. For many women it causes diarrhea cramps ans false contractions. For those it works for its usually because the baby is ready to come anyway. Always ask your doctor before taking anything
