I've been taking them since my first doctor appointment to ask my doctor if those were fine and I feel it has really helped me feel healthy and confident that my baby is also healthy. I recommend the smaller ones that have the coating that makes them easy to swallow. And if you need to take additional vitamins like me, get the Sunday-Saturday vitamin organizer container so that you dont have to open so many cases each day.

I couldn't take them in any of my pregnancies to date as they made me wicked sick. I think you will be just fine. Though do try to get on them as soon as you can. Congrads!

My doctors have always just expected me to be on them when I came in.  You really can get them everywhere so it wouldn't hurt to pick up some and start taking them.  I had a doctor make me start taking them when she asked my birth control with my husband and I said condoms because she said it was too likely I would become pregnant and I needed to be on them as soon as I could be when pregnant.

There's always prenatals you can buy at the store. I found those to be way better than the ones my doc prescribed. I take gummy ones and they're actually really good. To answer your question though,  yes its fine.  Baby will be ok. Just make sure to start taking them as soon as you get them!
