I don't know if this is what is happening but do a little research on prenatal depression. If this sounds like some of the symptoms you have talk to your Dr and see if you can do some counseling. Take care of yourself with some of the tips given on websites like eating healthy, exercising, doing things that make you feel accomplished, and talking to friends. All helpful tips even if you do not have prenatal depression...
Definitely!! Get out an about, being home all the time can make anyone feel yuck! I like to potter in the garden!
Spending some time outside of the house and work might do me some good. Don't do much lately.
It's ok to feel like that, are there other things going on that maybe contribute to feeling like this?
If you can afford to, maybe go and get your hair or nails done (or both!) get a new outfit and get something for your baby too, some little booties or a nice blanket.
Or, catch up with a friend for a coffee and a chat!
