feet swelling

I am 24wks. The past week or so my feet have started to swell. And it seems like a lot to me. Other than elevation and making sure I drink enough is there anything else that can help with it?  I can barely wear my shoes it is so bad.

Walking and watching my diet has helped me keep mine under control.  They still get swollen but not nearly as bad as when im not active or eating junk.

My feet were swollen pretty bad with my first baby that it hurt to walk or stand. All I could do to make it better was to put some pillows under feet and lie down on couch/bed, you need to relax a lot. Also drinking a lot of water will actually help! Water helped me.

I may just have to get pedicures more to get the massages. No one else will give me a message. Lol

Get someone to massage them for you, and up and down your calves. It helps increase circulation, and it just feels nice :-)
