feet swelling
Im 21 weeks and 4 days and my feet are starting to swell towards the end of the day or when i do too much.. anyone else starting to swell up yet ?
I'm 20 weeks today and my feet have been swelling for a couple months now. I am on them 12 hours a day. It's killing me. I come home in tears two out of for days and they swell so bad my ankles actually bruise. My Dr said to watch my sodium intake that has a lot to do with it.
Mine don't seem to be swelling up yet, but holy crap do they hurt by the end of the day! Mostly my heels and I can hardly stand sometimes. And they kind of go numb, but are tingly, and I'll get little shooting pains in my heels.
