feet swelling?
I am 36w 5d and usually my feet swell during the day but they go down at night. This morning I could barely put my shoes on and I have a pounding headache. The baby is moving alot. Anyone else had this happen?
I checked my blood pressure today as I and my hubby work on an ambulance and it is on the lower end of normal. And I always pee protein due to my gastric bypass and the high amount of protein I have to consume to maintain muscle. They haven't gotten any bigger then last night but they sure haven't went down like they normally do either. I bet I am short on water. I didn't even think of that. Thanks y'all.
Swelling and a headache can be a sign pre eclampsia yu may want to goto L&D to have your blood pressure and urine checked
They say salt makes your feet swell up real bad, if you do have a lot of sodium in your diet i would try cutting it down n drink more water..
