I used it with my second and it does help increase your milk supply,  but remember to keep hydrated. Andbit does make pee smell like pancakes. Lmao

I used fenugreek after I had my 3rd daughter I thought it worked pretty well. Also my hubby loved the way I smelled when I would take it lol when you sweat and your urine smelled like pancake syrup

I went on fenugreek also to help with my supply. I was also told that oatmeal and the hopps from beer help with production as well :-)
