Just wanted to update all that i received the call today the medicaid has been approved. That takes a load of stress off of me. Thanks everyone for the support. It turns out he had less than the needed employees to be penalized for firing a pregnant woman so he is able to get away with it.

I wasn't there for long enough for unemployment. I was only there for two months. And I understand the law, but I still don't think he should be able to fire someone for just being pregnant. Especially when at this moment it's not affecting anything. Oh well, nothing more I can do except look for another job.
If you got fired for being pregnant, I would try getting on unemployment. They give you 8 weeks to file from the day you got fired.

The thing is, if he had fewer than 15 employees he can't afford to pay one that isn't working to capacity. His business would go bankrupt. That's why they allow for that exception.
