question? ????

Ive now decided as a CNA to work intill I have my baby I was goin to go on Maternity leave intill I realized how much id be getting which is not much so ive decided to work an go on modified duty my question is if I wrk an go on modified duty can I still have baby bonding time after the babies born it doesnt affect anything right an ill still be able to get paid while im on baby bonding time????

Yes, u can work up until your water breaks if you want...you're still given that time afterwards for bonding. I PLAN to work up until maybe 2 weeks before my due date.

Modified duty is light duty no lifting or straining your belly. It's the law that your employer gives you at least 6 weeks off (in the u.s).  Baby bonding will happen all the time.  My son is 2 I'm still bonding with him now. Specifically,  bonding happens right after birth with skin to skin contact. I'm confused on what you're asking.  Are you a CNA where you will be having your baby? Or will you be bringing your child to work?
