first child....first pregnancy

It's it normal to be terrified that I'll miscarry? The babies heart rate was very low for 8 weeks 2 weeks ago but it's another week before we see the doctor again. Can i miscarry without knowing?

In general is it this normal to be scared?

It's normal but you shouldn't think that way. Be positive and give your baby happy thoughts about life! Your bundle of joy will be perfect good luck.

This is my first too. I thought I miscarried every single day (except for doctor visits from hearing the heartbeat) until my baby started kicking on a regular basis. I am not 24 weeks and 3 days. It's went on for that long...lol. I think it is completely normal to feel that way. I have heard of some women getting and at home dopler, that way they can listen to the heart when they feel this way. Best of luck!
