Update on waiting to miscarry

Not a question, just a happy (so far!) update. Today (5w+0) I went back to the evil doctor who told me I would miscarry and got an US. My sac looks normal and measured 8.4 mm. The doctor was so kind today and congratulated me and my husband, but I wasn't having any of it after last week!  Unfortunately, we can't switch to another doctor until I am 6 weeks, so I have to go back one more time, but hope we can hear the heartbeat next week!

No, not even a hint of an apology. :/
He just rushed me through like always but said Congratulations! with a big smile. And when I was undressing for the ultrasound, he answered my husband's question about when we can transfer to another doctor.
