Your baby should be fine. One time of doing that is not going to cause some horrible problem. When I was pregnant with my son I went of vacation & ate all kind of seafood & he was fine. My dr. said as long as it was cooked well & it was not something I did all the time it was fine.
I think you should be Ok. I've been loving shrimp lately and I eat fish too. As long as it's not high in Mercury. . Which sometimes Tuna is but I heard white tuna in water is good. So I wouldn't worry. Omega 3s are good for baby.
Im sure youll be fine. I was told to avoid striped bass all together because.the levels of.mercury aree higher.
Just try not to eat much of the same on the same day cause then you might have an allergic reaction. Self experience..
