I plan on going drastic a tummy tuck after this last baby. Its like 6 grand but I gained about 90 lbs wy 4 yr old n never could lose the skin eve n when I got to 130  so I'm saving my taxes to get it done. I figure it can't be much worse then 2 csections..

U had ur baby for just one week ago. It takes up to few weeks til ur stomche goes back to itself from yhe inside. So downt worry or stress urself. And doc dosnt recomend exersicing til at least a monyh after giving birth, remamber ur bones and body is still soft, so doing exercise already might do more barm then good.

It's most likely just stretched out skin. Obviously eating good and exercising will help with losing belly fat but If your belly is flabby due to excess skin, u will just have to wait it out and hope your skin heals itself. It's only been a week so u have a while :)

Ab workouts. To get your muscles firm again. And don't just settle for crunches/sit-ups like, actually do a wide variety of ab workouts.

Some people just aren't blessed to be made of elastic. (Like me) my SIL bounced back like a rubber band. I was so jealous.  It gets better. It's only been a week. But I used vit E oil from walgreens or cvs. And didn't eat a lot of carbs
